Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
Reports To: Sales Manager
Type of Position: Full-time, 40hrs+/week
General Description:
This position requires a organized individual with a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) are critical. Must be able to work independently, be self-sufficient, flexible and a team player. Requirements of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Daily data entry
· Daily calls to customers regarding contract retention of DirecTV and Mitel Software assurance
· Processing of paperwork needed
· Weekly call with sales manager
· Weekly reporting of process
· Cross referencing databases to confirm accurate information as needed
Preferred Work Experience:
· One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience
· One or more years of data entry experience
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma
Salary and Benefits:
· Paid Time Off (PTO) - 17 days per year plus
· 9 Paid Holidays
· 401k Match of 4%
· Health Insurance Allowance Pinnacle pays 50% and Employee pays 50%
Hourly Wage (depending on experience): $18-$20 based on experience
