Job Title: Project Coordinator
Reports To: Program Manager
Type of Position: Full-time, 40hrs/week
General Description:
This position requires a organized individual with a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) are critical. Must be able to work independently, be self-sufficient, flexible and a team player. Requirements of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Data entry for new customers
· Daily coordination and communication with technicians in the field and management
· Communicating with customers as needed
· Attending mandatory weekly calls and documenting notes
· Making travel arrangements for traveling technicians
· Assisting with requests for technicians through Field Nation for installations, site surveys and coordinating accordingly
· Being familiar with applications needed for installations
· Communicating with other coordination teams to confirm completions of other platforms
· Cross referencing databases to confirm accuracy
Preferred Work Experience:
· One or more years of customer service experience
· One or more years of data entry experience
Education Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· One year of office experience
Salary and Benefits:
· Paid Time Off (PTO) - 17 days per year plus
· 9 Paid Holidays

· Health Insurance Allowance Pinnacle pays 50% and Employee pays 50%
· Hourly Wage (depending on experience): $20.00
