Type of Position: Full-time, 40hrs/week
General Description:
This position requires a organized individual with a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) are critical. Must be able to work independently, be self-sufficient, flexible and a team player. Requirements of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Daily coordination, support and communication with technicians in the field
· Daily communication between vendor managers, customers, other vendors, and internally on timelines, problem solving, and scheduling
· Attending mandatory weekly calls
· Making travel arrangements for traveling technicians
· Assisting with requests for technicians through Field Nation for installations, site surveys and coordinating accordingly
· Being familiar with applications needed for DirecTV and Connected Room installations
· Cross referencing databases to confirm accuracy.
· Creating contracts and job costing review
Preferred Experience:
· One or more years of customer service experience
· Experience with video or OTT platforms is preferred, but not required
· Ability to work well in as a team
· Ability to work through problem solving in a fast paced environment
Salary and Benefits:
· Paid Time Off (PTO) - 17 days per year plus
· 9 Paid Holidays
· 401k Match of 4%
· Health Insurance Allowance Pinnacle pays 50% and Employee pays 50%
· Hourly Wage - depending on experience
