Local PBX Field Service Technician
Department: Service – PBX/Voice
Location: New York City - Try-State Area
Job Title: Field Service/Support Technician
Type of Position: Full-time 5 days / 40 hours per week, OT
With the ability to be on the After Hours On-Call Rotation Schedule
General Job Description:
This position requires an organized individual with a positive attitude, capable of in-depth troubleshooting and customer support. Motivated tech with the ability to work with others and minimal supervision.
Daily duties will include working PBX / VM / CAS Systems / inside and outside cable plant / Moves add and Changes. IP PBX a plus.
Service tickets while maintaining documentation and customer satisfaction.
Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) are critical.
