Department: Pinnacle Install Department
Location: Palm Harbor, FL Office
Type of Position: Full-time, 40hrs+/week
This position requires an organized individual who will be responsible for procuring the equipment that has been sold to the customer for each specific project. Daily duties include ordering of materials for install projects and service orders, maintaining updated part numbers and pricing in NAV database, processing returns to vendors and inventory, maintaining inventory counts in-house, process daily incoming and outgoing shipments, update tracking information to technicians and/or installation coordinators, verify accurate pricing from vendors, approving invoices for payment and assist with answering phones as needed. Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal) are critical. Must be able to work independently, be self-sufficient and a team player. A Materials Coordinator must take action to become familiar with the materials ordering process through research, documentation, and Pinnacle Employees familiar with the process.
